Benton County Recording Indexes

The indexes below are Grantor-Grantee indexes by year. These are the most common type of index. The indexes labeled "Direct" have the recorded documents for that year listed alphabetically by the name of the grantor, with the location of that document (book and page), type of document recorded, and a short description. The indexes labeled "Reverse" are the same except the documents are listed alphabetically by the name of the grantee.

These indexes are scanned copies of the old index books. Once you locate the document you're interested in viewing you can either come in-person to view that document in the Auditor's Office or submit a Document Search Request. Recorded documents from January, 1982 can be viewed online.
